Linda is easily the most knowledgeable realtor in North East Ohio. In the past 2 years I’ve used her to buy 2 homes and sell one. I had worked on updating my house for about 18 months to get it ready to sell. The kitchen was totally redone including all new oak flooring. All the floors in the house were sanded and refinished. Also all the rooms were painted. My problem was that I had never sold a house before and I did not know what had to be done to make it appealing to potential buyers. Brian came over and went through the house with me. He explained to me what I had done properly. He also pointed out improvements that I could make on the exterior of the house and the garage to make it more appealing. These improvements were pretty easy and did not cost a lot in terms of time or money. Brian had a couple ready to look at the house as soon as I was ready. The couple looked at the house on a Friday and signed the papers to buy the house on Sunday. A "For Sale" sign never went up. After the sale Brian continued to help me with various details. He sent me a few items I forgot when I left town. He worked out some details with the Title Company and contacted the gas company when I continued to receive gas bills after the sale. He was always happy to help me with whatever problem I encountered. I believe Brian made selling my house really easy. Walt Hoppe

After a new and exciting job opportunity arose, my wife and I were quickly faced with the reality of packing up and moving cross country.
